Is this your starting point?
Who this can help
- Service businesses preparing to advertise and looking for a considered starting point.
- Teams already running Google Ads that want to understand spend, inquiries, and opportunities for improvement.
- Business owners and marketing teams who want to learn through their own campaigns.
What this can address
- Campaign activity is visible, but its connection to useful customer inquiries is unclear.
- Ad messages, search intent, and the landing experience do not tell the same story.
- The team needs a way to decide what to change and what to leave alone.
Choose how we work
The right level of help. Your choice.
For Google Ads and SEO & GEO, choose advice, shared implementation or agreed execution. These are different ways to work, with equal attention to your goals.
Consulting
We assess your business and existing activity where applicable, identify opportunities, and recommend a strategy and priorities. Your team implements.
- Eskeil: review, recommendations, and explanations of the proposed priorities.
- Your team: implementation, approvals, and day-to-day campaign operation.
- Together: agree the questions, available evidence, and scope of the advice.
Done With You
We configure campaigns alongside you, explain each step, and help you learn how to manage the work and make informed decisions.
- Eskeil: collaborative setup, practical coaching, and a review of real campaign performance.
- Your team: participate, practice managing the campaigns, and bring business context to the review.
- Together: interpret the data and choose next actions; one additional free session is available after the program.
Done For You
We handle the agreed strategy, implementation, ongoing management, and optimization. You stay involved in the business decisions and approvals.
- Eskeil: carry out and review the contracted campaign work.

The agreed work
What we can help with.
- Google Ads

A review of your offer, audience, current campaigns where available, and the questions the work needs to answer.
- 02
A campaign plan covering agreed goals, search intent, targeting, messaging, and priorities.
- 03
Campaign setup or improvements within the selected engagement and agreed scope.
- 04
Conversion tracking review or implementation where agreed and technically supported, with known gaps recorded.
- 05
A review of available performance data, recommendations, and the reasoning behind the next actions.
The approach
The thinking behind the work.
Start with the business
Understand the service you sell, the customers you can help, and what makes an inquiry useful before organizing campaigns.
Connect the journey
Review the relationship between a search, an ad, the destination page, and the action someone is asked to take.
Explain the decisions
Discuss what the available data supports, where it is incomplete, and why an adjustment is worth testing.
From context to next steps
How we approach Google Ads.
- 01
Understand the starting point
Review goals, the offer, existing activity, landing pages, available tracking, and the resources you can commit.
- 02
Agree the plan and responsibilities
Choose Consulting, Done With You, or Done For You. Define the work, account access, approvals, and measurement before implementation.
- 03
Implement the agreed work
Translate the plan into recommendations, collaborative campaign setup, or managed activity according to the model you choose.
- 04
Review and learn
Use accumulated data and business feedback to discuss inquiry quality, spending decisions, and the next sensible test.
Evidence for the next decision
What we review.
Campaign activity
Review available spending, search activity, clicks, and campaign settings in the context of the agreed goal, rather than treating activity alone as success.
Actions and inquiry quality
Where supported tracking and appropriate permissions exist, review measured actions alongside your feedback on qualified inquiries. Record missing data and attribution limits.
Decisions over time
Document the period, changes, relevant conditions, and reasoning behind recommendations. A short or incomplete sample may not support a reliable conclusion.
Clear expectations
Scope and boundaries.
- Results depend on the advertising budget, competition, offer, landing experience, measurement quality, and market conditions. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, or a particular return.
- Tracking depends on the tools, permissions, privacy requirements, and implementation available. We agree what can be measured before treating it as evidence.
- Work, fees, advertising spend, access requirements, and approvals are discussed for your engagement; there is no standard package or minimum budget stated here.
Before we start
Questions about this service.
Can you help if we have not run Google Ads before?
Yes. We can start by understanding your service, audience, website readiness, and goals. That discussion helps define an appropriate plan and the work to include; it does not assume advertising is the right first step for every business.
Can you review campaigns we already have?
Yes. An assessment can examine the agreed campaign activity and available measurement, then recommend priorities. We agree the scope and access needed before the review.
What happens after the Done With You program?
You will have practiced managing campaigns and reviewing real data with us. After the program is complete, you may use one additional free session whenever you need later support.
Do we need a new website first?
Not necessarily. We review whether the current destination explains the offer, works on mobile, and supports the action you need. Improvements or a dedicated landing page may help; rebuilding the whole website is a separate decision.
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Ad auctions, competitors, demand, budgets, your offer, and the experience after the click all affect performance. We can explain the work and review the available evidence without promising an outcome we cannot control.
